All This Time (Remixes) are rather HOT!

You may remember a certain smash that dropped last year.  The deep melodic bass, coupled with a smooth, ethereal vocal that tickled your spine and got your head bobbing.  Kid Fonque & D-Malice showed a touch of class with last year’s release with Clara Hill:  All This Time.  Now we revisit this epic soundscape with a remix offering that will take the Atjazz Record Company into 2016 with a bang!

First up steps the boss, Martin Atjazz, with a smooth effort that carries all the hallmarks of his usual deep and moving mastery of his craft.  Building a world of sweeping notes and offbeat melodies around Clara Hill’s understated vocal, Atjazz sets us off in style.

Bringing a decidedly percussive feel to proceedings next is Boddhi Satva, whose driving beats and trademark Ancestral Soul vibe take us in a new direction.

Then finally arrives South African prodigy, Bruce Loko.  Loko is known for adding in unusual elements to his music and this is no different.  A rhythmic harp accompanies some otherworldy effects and popping string pulls to round off a sublime and intangible remix collection.

All This Time… Yes, we’ve waited long enough and It’s now here!

Welcome to some thought-provoking music from this new duo. Yes, Kid Fonque & D-Malice have joined forces and are preparing their first album together.

This first offering features two names that need no introduction: Berlin’s Clara Hill & “The Man With Ten Arms” Mark de Clive-Lowe, both of whom bring a lot of weight to these two inspiringly original pieces of work. Clara features on the sultry “All This Time” where Kid & D utilise samples and touches of afro-beats to make a sound that is definitely different. Clara’s voice is impeccable as per usual and works beautifully over this carefully produced piece.

Flip the coin please as Mark de Clive-Lowe is in the building! Fonque & Malice step up to the broken beat bar and acquire the energy of one of the hardest workingmen in the biz. MdCL is one of a kind and everything he touches is suddenly filled with a wonderful energy.

These two initial songs are a first taste of what will be surely an incredible album that defies the genre and gives you something new!
